VenuesWest – Perth Arena

Description of Works:

Perth Arena is a neo-futuristic entertainment and sporting arena in the city centre of Perth. Iconic in its design, it flows into the skyline, making a bold statement to the engineering excellence.

Veraspec were invited by Venues West to undertake the tendering process to replace glass panels within the triangular facade. With our  extensive knowledge, understanding of complex structures and safety record, Veraspec were the chosen contractor for these works.

Mobile plant incorporated with specialist rope access rigging have allowed for the process to be undertaken on time, on budget, with the minimum of disruption to building management. The complexity of undertaking works within a live venue was undertaking by daily collaboration between all stakeholders. Project management was exemplary throughout the whole process, moving locations as necessary at short notice, when this required.

The end result was a project that was completed without a hitch giving the client total satisfaction with a market leading company within the remedial glass replacement marketplace.
