Description of Works

The Q1 Resort & Spa projects have proven to be some of the most challenging and educational projects we have undertaken. The building is impressive in itself, totalling 78 floors and is currently listed as Australia’s tallest buildings including its spire.
Many of the conventional re-glazing methods have had to be rethought and redesigned in order for the necessary repairs to be carried out.
We have been working on Q1 for over 10 years and have completed many projects including audits, reglazing the facade, foyer and awning, each representing its own challenges such as high levels of pedestrian traffic due to it being such an iconic building on the Gold Coast.
