At Lincer, the OKTOPUS® GL-CC 1200 DES offers an exceptional solution for handling glass panes and window elements up to 1,200 kg. This advanced vacuum-based lifting attachment features a dual-circuit vacuum system, adhering to DIN EN 13155 standards, and operates on a 24 V DC battery with a quick-change system for effortless battery swaps.
The device includes optical and acoustical warning indicators for deviations, and even during a complete energy breakdown, the vacuum remains active for at least 5 minutes, ensuring safe load lowering. With specific adapters, it can be mounted on various mini cranes and truck loader cranes for challenging glazing tasks. The suction frame tilts hydraulically by 120°, rotates endlessly by 360°, and swivels by ±40°. A special hydraulic adapter also enables use with telescopic forklifts. All functions are controlled via radio remote. Suitable for both flat and curved panes, it ensures reliable handling in diverse conditions.
